Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in working with me on a tattoo.

Before filling out my booking form below, please read my What to Expect info page.

After receiving your booking form submission, I will follow up with you via email to solidify your idea and provide appointment dates for you to choose from (check your junk/spam just in case).

The final step will be to send me a non-refundable deposit that will go toward the total cost of your tattoo. Your appointment will not be confirmed until I receive this deposit.
